BCA South

BCA's third branch opened in 2007 under the direction of Dorothy S. Krotzer to service the needs of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States. The BCA South office provides a wide range of preservation services with significant experience in the analysis of historic building materials such as paint and mortar, conditions assessments and restoration design, and historic preservation master plans.The office is located near Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood, a National Register Historic District.
