Dorothy S. Krotzer, Director, manages BCA's South branch in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate Program in Historic Preservation, Ms. Krotzer has worked for more than a decade on a broad range of conservation projects throughout the United States with substantial experience in the Southeastern part of the country. She has written several professional articles, including the recently published APT Bulletin Practice Points No. 6, "Architectural Finishes: Research and Analysis." Ms. Krotzer is the former chair emeritus of the Architecture Specialty Group of The American Institute for Conservation of Historic & Artistic Works (AIC), as well as the recepient of a 2005 Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia Achievement Award. She is currently the chair of the Association for Preservation Technology (APT) Delaware Valley Chapter.
