Something Old is New Again

BCA's Heather McGrath interviewed by Diane Smith of Connecticut Public Television.

From CPTV's web site:
When Philip Johnson’s iconic glass house opened to the public in 2007 it was an immediate sensation, and tickets are still selling out a year in advance. The glass house is the best known of over 100 modern homes in New Canaan, designed by Johnson and a group of Havard trained architects known as the Harvard 5. We’ll explore how New Canaan became a kind of laboratory for an enclave of modernist architects who flocked there in the 40’s and 50s. And, we will focus on the state’s efforts to save the “mid-century moderns”.
