Pier 57 is a 250,000-square-foot terminal located between West 15th Street and the Hudson River in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. BCA was the restoration consultant, developing the design concept and preparing construction documents, including design drawings and technical specifications, to make the existing landmarked stainless steel and porcelain enamel walls on the west end of the pier weather-tight.
BCA was also the restoration consultant for all exterior finishes including steel panels and doors, metal windows, brick masonry, stone, stucco, stainless steel light fixtures and letters.
