St. Thomas Episcopal Church, with a Neo-Gothic façade of red brick and white terra cotta trim, was built in 1915. BCA conducted existing conditions surveys of the exterior and interior of the church and parish house to create a planning tool for prioritizing future repairs and ongoing maintenance.
