BCA's survey determined that most all of the exterior stone masonry will have to be removed and reinstalled and that most all of the plaster finishes will have to be replaced depending on the scope of the structural steel work. The replacement of concrete and prism glass pavement will also be coordinated with work required to rehabilitate or replace deteriorated structural steel.
