BCA conducted historic research and a conditions assessment of the interior and exterior of Victoria Theater, which was designed by Thomas Lamb, with interior murals designed by Arthur Brounet. The theater originally opened in 1917 as a Vaudeville and motion picture house, and is now being adaptively reused by the community to provide affordable housing.
