It is a brick and rubble masonry structure currently covered with stucco, located on the shoreline of Christiansted harbor, St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands. The Georgian style structure was designed by William Price but was modeled after the work of Christopher Wren who had built several famous buildings in London.
